I don't mean to start a fire in this thread but it is so discouraging to see that Nepalese still feel the need to be ruled by a king or a queen or some political party. I long for the day when people in Nepal will realize that it is them who have the power to write the fate of their country.

No more kings, queens, princes, princesses and sarkars for us Nepalese now. We have had enough of those. Yes, the situation in Nepal is very bad politically. But we should rather work towards making the democracy stronger in coming days.

For country like Nepal, King/Queen is what needed to gain stability in the nation and stop international intervention specially from neighboring super powers. King/Queen will always have their agenda or say their interest in protecting the country as they know that King/Queen will remain only if Kingdom remains intact. For political leaders, this is not the case, atleast it has not been the case since BP or Krishna Prashad or Manmohan. As some leader in India said, BP, Krishna Prashad and Manmohan were the only three leaders from Nepal who came to India to talk about country Nepal, all rest of the so called leaders never went to India to talk about country, they always talked about their political party and/or themselves. This is absolutely clear that it's not just India/China or any other foreign nation trying to control Nepali politics/politicians, it's the so called Nepali leaders and their weakness in not being able to put country first. And hence they are easily manipulated by foreign nation specially by India. Royal massacre did not just happened because of a drunk prince, there must be a long term planning for that incident to happen. There were lots of vested interest in getting rid of Kingship from Nepal and putting this nation in limbo. That's what we are experiencing in our country right now. Bringing back monarchy could be the best defense against those with vested interests.

Is it just me or everyone can see Birendra, Aishwarya, Shruti, Dipendra and Nirajan on her face?
As for the conspiracy of Royal Massacre: Read another threat: http://sajha.com/sajha/html/index.cfm?threadid=103978
Read the details under "OPERATION BAILEY NIGHTINGALE - I" ... google it as well ... This is THE GRAND DESIGN, which none of the leaders could not speak out as they were also a part of it
