Hey Friends, who have experience in this matter.
Just learnt about my Biometrics appointment at the end of this month.
Today I sent my passport to get MRP. In the appointment letter, it says I need to bring Passport or Drivers license.

Some place I read, bring two forms of government ID, such as Passport and Drivers liscence.

Do you guys have any experience, Can I do it without passport.
I have photo copies of my old passport though.

Thanks in Advance

Yes you can complete your biometrics without using your passport. Two forms of ID includes your state issued Drivers License & your employer issued ID or your credit card, anything that has your picture on it.
Good Luck.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services. use this weblink:https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=ASC

i have never been able to use credit card as id , or student id or bus id or gym membership id to even buy cigarettes.. most places require state or Federally issued id, but i don't know about this place. but find out before you show up with your library card or something...

Chaidaina Bro... You can take any form of Government ID.... Driver license , State ID.... Its better to have some form of ID.... They will let u take the biometrics even if u dont have any ID at all.... Supervisor will take a brief interview and will ask for ur approval for ur identity check in their system.....but u must have ur biometrics notice with you......

Thank you all for the information.
Some conflicting information regarding if a passport is needed or not.

I called the USCIS and told them I dont have my passport, but have State Driver's license.
They said that will be enough.
