hey guys lets see how many vanasthalian are here in sajha? is anyone one from 2001-2002 batch?

one of the worst educational institution in KTM.
Worst in the sense, drug addicts and xada kta kt haru jamghat hune thau.
We used to have one jerk in our class expelled from Vanasthali due to the fact he was a drug addict, shh...NO WONDER, he's from vanasthali.

Have to agree with your point sojoketo. The reason for this is I think the school itself is very big that the teachers have hard time to control all the students. We used to have a lot of policemen outside the school on the final day of the final exam to prevent any gang fights as gang fights were very common those days.
But saying this, I also admit that during our time, it was one of the best institution if somebody actually wanted to learn. Alone from our section (Special Section K), 36 students out of 41 got distinction is SLC during the time when it was very hard to get above 80%. They had the very best teachers and the slc track record for the school proved it until that time. But I've heard the school is getting worse every year though :-(

True! once upon a time vanasthali was well known for its good educational aspect too. well not any more. :)

I dont know about now, but it was indeed a great school. I miss those days. Especially prem sir..LOL

He used to teach us geography and one day he came to the class during the unit test drunk. He was sitting on one of the desk at the back, and suddenly we heard him say "Yo nani ta kasti ramri to one of the girl from our class.. Haha!!
And how can I forget the only slap in school which I got from him when I was in class 9....Lol

it used to be footpath shop that time now it is a big franhise, Now its called "Hanumantekohallantattihabro"

Anyone remembers Halkhu? He was an English teacher and used to come to teach drunk everyday. "Keta ho tyo film heryou kya sexy heroine" blah blah was his ice breaker..
I also went to Vanasthali (SLC 2000) and I admit it was/is one of the worst education institutions in Nepal. I must say all these valley-centered education system of Nepal are one of the prime causes for the downfall of Nepali society and its ever wrenching political system. 

Ya, I heard Out of 574 students, one student failed in SLC and that was Vijay Madam's son lol! Anybody remember YN sir??? When it's Holi time, he used to go and search Lola on girl's pocket and grab their T&A??? he was a creepo.
