How do you guys get enough calories by eating clean. I am calorie shortage even by eating 5-6 meals ..

5-6 meals is good, wish I could digests that much, you must be spending a lots of money just on food. Usually I eat 3 meals a day and sometimes 2 meals a day.

@sweesher i eat 2 heavy meals , 1 light meal and rest are snack meals like cottage cheese, greek yogurt and dark chocolates. But i am caloric deficit even after these meals. Any idea of foods thats healthy and high on calories? How are you fulfilling your daily calories with just 3 meals?

ohh ok I also do that I eat like breakfast then lunch and dinner which are my heavy meals and then greek yogurts or chobani's or sometimes queso's with cheese dip or sometimes nuts like almonds and pistachios or sweet potatoes etc. So it counts as 4 meals for me then. Cottage cheese I quit as I don't like its flavor. I think you are not eating breakfast, are you? It's better to eat heavy breakfast and then another heavy lunch and light dinner with snacks.

NAS it's not healthy to take just one meal. You might think that not eating will dissolve your fat but it's going to do the contrary. Once your stomach feels weak it starts producing some acid and chemicals and produce fat. So eat more meals but few at a time. back in Nepal I barely drank water may be like 20 oz a day but here I drink like 10-15 20 oz water bottles a day. Water is healthy to keep your digestive system good and burning fat. These are the products that I take-

@sweesher bro, breakfast and post workout meals are my heavy ones. @Nas bro, if you are not feeding enough to your body, you will not see result.

Haha selfie sounds good. But heavy meal at dinner and skipping breakfast is really bad.

NAS you should change your eating pattern, calories gained from dinner may be stored in your body.
If you are trying to eat fewer calories manage same way. You need protein to work all day long, therefore take good amount of healthy breakfast. Take light dinner again does not skip lunch. Brain and body will function according to your daily food intake habit. Take small portion of food than eating one heavy meal because it will store in your body.

Skipping meal may cause you gastric and similar issues. Just drinking water will not calm down the acid formation in our stomach, it needs proper food. I know you are aware of this; you need to practice a healthy eating habit.

Nas bro, daily napiunu feri pachi workout resume garna thale pachi lastai regret hola. Mero ni dasain le damadol banathyo diet ra gym. Last week dekhi feri resume gare gym ra clean diet. Resume gareko ek dui din tah lastai dukhya thyo jiu..

I have been gaining muscles but gaining fat at my belly too because of goat meat I think during Dashera.

I have been trying very hard to loose 10 pounds in my waist area and feel like its getting no where. I have been loosing 200- 300 calories  at the planet fitness every 4 days / week but still. Alcohol and rice is bad but how about 16 oz 6 pk Coors light and 3-5 plates of rice , Nepali style chicken and everything...every other day?? Is this really bad??. Sajha Mitra haru might know better.???
