I have question about having barcode on the bottom of the form i-821. can someone direct me on if its necessary to have one for applying re-registration TPS. IF so then how do I get the barcode form downloaded. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

barcode is compulsory for i-821 . You should have the latest version of pdf in order to have barcode. Let us know if you are still having problem in filling form - you can call me 571-216-5181( New York) . You can come in person in our Jackson Heights Office if you are in New York.

Thank U for the replies. Actually I tried downloading couple of times. Here is the issue. When the downloaded form is saved in the computer and opens it, it has bar code but when I fill the form itself that is on the website hasn't. I m not using MAC PC.

You are correct, only when the form is downloaded and opened via adobe acrobat or similar pdf software, u see the barcode. So always download the form and fill in, and see the changes in the barcode as u start filling in just for confirmation.

Always fill out the downloaded form. Save in-progress file, print/export to pdf when it's done.
