I had my asylum denied 6 years ago when i was student (F1-). Now i have a green card through my employee. Is it okay to travel back to Nepal with EB based GC in hand in this situation. Has anyone been through same situation.

Any suggestion would be helpful . Thank you in advance.

They denied your asylum means they think you do not have any risk of going back home. So t hey cant punish you for something they already have decided. Besides your GC is from your work, so should not be any issue.

You should not have any issue at all. Just travel, enjoy your visit to Nepal.
