Bro, Try WES (World Education Service) I did a long time ago. but everything went very easy, trackable, paid like 160 dollar for a course by course evaluation from KU. and they got easily transferred to all the university in USA.

If you trying to evaluate degree from Nepal for professional license, usually they specify the credential agency before selecting random one please ask them or see their website. My case i did from

Who do they send the evaluation transkripts- University or potential employers? Do you also get a copy?

as gaule said, pick a US college of your choice. if your degree is from India, lot of colleges in the US have ways to check and approve your academic credentials without you doing anything. my friend wasted $$ on an evaluation and later found out he didn't need an evaluation/equivalence document in the first place :)

your 3 yrs degree not much worth, you may get conditional admission for master program from profit oriented college but they charge tons of money and your degree may not valuable. so if you really want to learn and get degree start from local community college and transfer to 4 yr colleges.
