I also tried with so many cards but stanacard is good but it also deduct your minutes without connecting which means just hitting the ring only. But it happens sometimes. You should be aware while the ring going on, and if it goes on for 2 minutes and the call is not received then you should cut the line yourself.Otherwise it deduct your minutes. And you should try to call again. But you can talk easily without any problem. It's very clear. Another card is Himtel. It is quite cheap and doesn't deduct your minutes. It gives 60 minutes for $5 in land line and only 50 minutes in cell phone. So it is cheap than stanacard. It is also good and you can talk clearly. So I suggest you for both but in comparison to stanacard go for himtel and try once. good luck

SSP, whom you want call? Instead of looking for cheap calling card, give them your phone number and time to call you. No woories, no tension, no hassle. Crystal clear and Rs 1-2 per minute. Your bed time is their calling time.

I go with Stanacard.c o m............you get 35-40 min for KTM phone call for $5 which might seems little less than others but worth it...no hassle and clear sound...aaru ma try garda garda min pani siddyenchha and phone lagyo bane pani sound ramroo audaina...so go with little short but very sweet.

SSP, Are you sure about that? If you trying to reach your father, give your phone number and best time to call so you would not be disturbed. Go to local grocery store you will find hundreds of calling card, grab one and let your parent know what is your telephone number, If they missed you they will call you for Rs. 1-2 per minute. Crystal clear and you do not need to be worry about poor and static connection. Do not worry who commented and how he/she commented. This how Sajha is. Free of speech. Learn to digest and you need to concentrate on your business.

Use Skype. They can call you on your cell for free unlimited!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You open an skpye a/c here and also open another Skype for them. In your a/c you buy US-Canada unlimited 7.95$ for 3 months and don't forget to do call forwarding. Put you cell no. for call forwarding even if you are not online, when they double click on your ID, you cell phone rings, talk unlimited as long as they have power in Nepal. Or if they have a laptop they can buy a mobile broadband just like At&T and Sprit have it. I think it cost around 500 Rs. a month in Nepal. They can call you anything if Laptop is charged.

Give them a miss call, and they will call you. Also ask them not to answer your phone for 2-3 rings.. I did this for almost a decade, but skype is better these days.. This way you can also test people if they also care for you. I am sure you will only get response of your miss call from your parents and siblings! By the way, you may have to call your service provider to allow international call from your phone.
