Due to current economic downturn the company that filed my H1 last year reduced work hours from 40 to 32 hrs. And unfortunately i am one of them.

I talked to my company president and he told me that it is still a full time job as they have not reduced any thing on benefits, vacations and sick days. But working for 32hrs may continue for a couple of months.

However though i work 32 hrs, my salary will still going to be more than the salary listed in approved LCA while i filed my H1.

So if i continue working for 32hrs will if effect my status.

Anybody has been in this situation please share.
