Unless its a crappy institution, the chances of you being considered for an enrollment for the MBA program after 3 years of Bachelor's in Nepal and India are very low.

Try Bellevue University.

Also, try Truman University. Truman is an above average college though.
Good luck.

BEST COLLEGES DO ACCEPT 3 YEAR BACHELOR TOO!!

Wharton (Univ of Penn.)
!!

Academic Record

International candidates must have a college-level education
equivalent to a 4-year American undergraduate or baccalaureate degree
(the same as a first university degree). There are a number of
universities around the world that offer 3-year undergraduate programs.
If you received a bachelor's degree upon completion of one of these
undergraduate programs, you are eligible to apply to Wharton's MBA
program
. Many candidates from 3-year programs have a master's degree as
well, but it is not required.

Kellogg Business School
If I have a 3-year bachelor’s degree, am I eligible to apply?
We're
familiar with various international educational systems and recognize
that 3-year undergraduate programs are the norm in much of the United
Kingdom and in India. Many of our applicants from India have also
completed a 16th year of education in a master's program, but this is
not a requirement.

Goizueta Business School (Emory)
Completion of at least a 3-year Bachelor's degree, with evidence of strong and consistent performance.

There are MANY Universities which accepts 3 year bachelor Degree in US, (what if Student from Oxford and Cambridge wants to pursue Post Graduate in US? THINK!! )

Just Google it you'll find many!!

Some of the Unis have pre MBA program, you might try getting in from there.  Do your Pre MBA at one of these lesser known Unis and in the mean time apply to better Unis for full fledge MBA. I think Dallas Baptist University and University of North Alabama take students with three year bachelors into their MBA programs but am not sure.
