Now we are getting our pay cheque next week and I can take his pay cheque from work. But is there any way i can cash cheque under that person's name???

You know the answer very well to the question you just posted. Are you looking for some of us here to blame later for endorsing your criminal intention? That black boy will drive to your work-place even from 50 miles away on his gas-guzzler come the big Friday while he could have waited for the manager to mail his last check using a 44 cent postage stamp. There you have my answer.

Straight answer, even the employee can not hold paycheck. If you cash it without his endorsement, you will be in big problem that will lead you to a forgery. Once your employee knows about the cashed check, you will be fired then and there. I did not understood that and now I ask the same question to others, why do not you folks think twice before lending money. Once you start lending money and if starts even a buck will end up with thousands. You will be spend time thinking of your hard work money and making yourself offset.

syanjali bro, bhagchha nai bhane thaha bhako bhaye ta kasle dinthiyo paisa, twice matrai haina hundred choti sochera deko ho paisa. One more thing, there is no way employer will know i took it, coz they put all cheques together and we just sign and take ours. NO need to ask or tell manager or anyone. I can take it the first day cheque comes, so no chance for employer to post him cheque.

This is a true incident. someone at my old workplace cashed my paycheck, this incident happened about three years ago. I filed the police complaint then. The person who cashed my check was warranted for more than two years. He was on the run. The guy got caught few months back. I had to go to court to testify that I didn't authorize this person to cash my check. The guy who stole my pay check seem like a normal person, but he paid a dear price for the impulse bad decision he made.

Once the employee either leaves or got fired, the paycheck must be mailed, can not be hold. He is a troubled man, will not care rather looking for something to make money. He might sue the employer. Dude , The way you answered seems your are nothing but d***c head. Sorry, I do not mean to say but you are.

Yes you can cash anyone's check...the only catch you have to run fast and hide like that one kid from dallas who stole the lottery money. if police mama catches you they will give you puraskar for cashing other people's check without their consent.

Here is the Option: If possible, try to find the endorsement rubber stamp it says “ONLY FOR DEPOSIT” and stamp it at the back of his check. Most black people, like him, do not have bank account and they could not cash that check out there at store as well. Obviously, people like him might not have friends who have bank account beside naïve person like you. WARNING: Using this option may cause Federal offense, 2 year jail time and fine, possibility of deportation

Well; Before you put your thought, you should have think twice. All of us are saying big , NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. I know how hard it is to loose hard working money. One time I sent a check for a laptop and never got back. I complained at police station, they look at the back of the check cashed, got back all amount in 3 months. Now try to forget it. Syanjali bro , you're right but you hit him real hard and on the target, now he is feeling it. Be moderate.

No you can't do, even company's HR Manager handover the check for you. It's completely illegal and soon or later you will drag into court against forgery. Don't try spoile the image for Nepali follow Pankoj who stole the lottery tickets from Dallas. Aruko pay check saatnu ra mail box phornu ma kunai pharak chhain. Ready to face serious consequences against fradulent as stated by SIS and Sanjali.
