hey dude save ur hair and keep ur talu clean and wash everyday ur talu. thats really helps ur to get rid of dandruff.. it really works this way.

If H & S didn't work, there is an over-the-counter shampoo called Selsun Blue, try it! If still not cured, then you need to see a doctor for a prescription shampoo. Good Luck!

As someone who has struggled with the dandruff issue for years and have finally successfully been managing the issue...

I have gone through all those shampoos: head and shoulders, pert plus, etc, etc. As lovely as their advertisements are, unfortunately the products aren't quite as effective.

As Hit-the-hot said: I too have found that Selsun blue shampoo (make sure you get the red-cap because that is the medicated version. The others don't quite work as well.)

In India, Clinc-plus shampoo works well. If you have access to a dermatologist, get a prescription for Nizoral shampoo. You can also order it from India.

One thing to understand about dandruff is that you need to keep switching shampoos every once in a while for it to be effective. During winter, Dandruff will return on very dry cold days. Use a little baby oil to control it.

Use Nizoral 1% shampoo. This is best for getting rid of dandruff. You can buy this at Walgreens.

Massage with coconut or mustard oil 1 hr prior to taking bath.THis is excellent method.

Other method is to apply mehendi and dry it for 2 hrs, wash your head with water, dont use shampoo or soap, just water. Put it for 2-3 days, drandruff will fall automatically , then take bath. This is the best method, guessing nobody knows.It will take all from the scalp.
