I am sick and tired of hearing about Dhoti Companies providing fake resumes with 5 or more years of experience and the genuine students are not getting H1b because of these scumbags...How do we complain to USCIS about all these Consultancies ??
I am sick and tired of seeing housewife of H1 holder getting 3 months training and working as a QA engineer where infact she can't distinguish between USB port and Ehternet ...
What can we do about this ?

I don't think it is good idea to complain for all those so called 'dhoti-consultancies', jeopardizing the career of thousands of people who has been employed by them. U can certainly complain or do whatever u want for the particular company, if they've done any harm to u. But thinking about complaining for those companies giving the reason that genuine students are not getting H1, is not fair enough on the part of the people who are currently employed by such companies.

it looks like cheaters always prosper in this country. look at these dhoties with fake IT experience.Now you can't even argue with these people trying to convince if they might have done anything wrong. they are so sure they right. look at the fake asylum, fake experience in resume. look at fake sat takers and fake grades and recommendations to get into ivy league in need basis scholarships from Nepal. they always prosper and you can't do anything about it. ya indian house wives are all BAs and QAs and Nepali students are working in gas stations. Nothing you can do about it so just accept the fact and try to do better with your life. 

If you cannot beat them Join them

It is extremely hard for a mediocre foreign student to get a job with a sponsorship. Corporations are under extreme pressure to discourage H1B hirings from the government and the community. The only way to get hired is through a contract and for that you need some company to hold your H1B.

Capitalism is a free market of the abusers and the abused. If it takes a short period abuse to get out of the shit hole you are in why not join them. Dhoti company's abuse is no secret. But you do need vultures to clean up the excess created in the society.

So try to beat them first, if you can't beat them just join them for however long you need it .

Take a look at the census that came today. Only 9.7% increase in population, one of the smallest in the history since the Great Depression. Read the bottom of this article from CNN, it says the influx of immigrant in the IT has been shut down pretty significantly.
Beware...it is not that easy these days even through consultancy, spread the word so that your cousins and little brothers/sisters do not have to suffer.

Ya influx of indians has been down because uscis actually started watching the IT companies even started sending the agents to actual job sites to make sure everything is real.which is good.
