I am surprised that there is ne.bi.sangh even in KU these days. The Student Council election used to be non-political in the past.

I think there needs to be some sort of law to curb this hooligan student unions in school/colleges. Any foreceful and violent protest should not be tolerated. 10% of students are involved in the protest but it severely affects the other 90% who never wanted to be part of it.

One thing I use to like about KU was no political influence and no student union. I still remember when I joined KU long time back, I had to sign saying there won't be any political union and which was very move for the students. Students should concentrate on studies. Now seems like things had changed bad. However, I think political activities should be restricted from colleges of Nepal. I feel bad for the future of current KU students.

I am sure that those who were involved in these political acts in KU are not the real tudents enrolled there. No one who has a considerable investment from family in their education will dare to do that kind of thing.
Political intereference in colleges should be banned. The political leaders who are not educated themselves should not have the power to decide the fate of students who have desire to shape their future.
