You can pre order Gevey sim unlock for $55 now. Thats how it gonna work unlock for iPhone 4s everywhere, whether its in Nepal or USA. Steep price but thats the only way around right now.

For Sprint 4S, if your account is 90 days old, ask them to unlock for international carriers ....it should work for any international GSM provider (but will restrict US GSM carriers)

I don't know about GPP sim but Gevey sim worked fine to unlock previous models of iphone. Unlike sprint, Att does not provide unlock code. So, the best would going with Gevey sim, which is cheaper and reliable than GPP.

 Just search on eBay and buy unlock service for around $2. I did it for my iPhone 4S few weeks back.
No need to buy expensive items or services. $2. Backup your phone and restore using that backup in iTunes.

Riddle, just ebay, type in 4/4s/5 iphone permanent unlock.. make sure you have ATT though.. they will ask for your IMEI number when paying add a message to it with the IMEI.. after couple of hours they will send you the email that your phone is unlocked.. you just have to backup your phone in Itunes then restore it.... that's it.. but so far i have seen they can only unlock if its ATT

riddle i think it will be wise to buy tmobile rather than atnt , unlocking is quiet easy, not step by step
