Until and unless it is proven this 'helicopter' flies and can be controlled, it is nothing but a toy. I hope the government does not allow it to fly near people or houses because it is destined to fail. Maybe future models can be improved but this first one, I am highly doubtful.

lol ..looks like helicoptor but didn't saw him flying it, and using bike's engine ..for what ? well he can be good architect but he lacks of engineering concept i guess.

there is nothing in it. Just an engine which is rotating that upper blades and tail, that's it :D 

I used to see things like this only in my dream, where I would make copter out of stray and fly high in the sky. But in real, we need complex engineering to fly something high :D

I do not want to dismiss somebody's hard work. 



After seeing this I believe  I can also make a helicopter.    Here is my method.

1. Make a frame of helicopter


2. Buy a cieling fan . Make it upside down and put it on top and connect to the electricity.   Which will make fan rotate.  I won't be using motorcyle engine


3. Then call the media.... and say this fan is small enough and don't rotate fast. So need funding from governemnt.

      
I would surely need no calculation, mathematics or even a small prototype design .  


I just hope they had read this.

This is by no means a negative news. The achievement is very similar to have scaled Mount Everest successfully which is basically a test of stamina, patience, perseverance,etc. but clearly a matter of ingenuity in this case. I think these brothers should pursue other technology stuff that are financially viable based on where they plan to live next. I don't see Trailok Helicopters ruling the air-traffic around the SAARC nations in the near future.

'हेलिकोप्टर' बनाउन नसक्दा विद्यार्थीले गरे आत्महत्या

भीम चापागाईं, इलाम, असार ६- प्रदर्शनीमा देखाउने 'होलिकोप्टर' बनाउन असफल भएपछि सदरमुकामस्थित ग्रीन भ्याली एकाडेमीका एक विद्यार्थीले आत्महत्या गरेका छन्। विराटनगरमा बुधबार आयोजना हुने प्रदर्शनीमा देखाउन सोमबार राति एक बजेसम्म हेलिकोप्टर बनाउने आफ्नो प्रयास असफल भएपछि कक्षा-१० का १५ वर्षीय सिद्धार्थ (बाबुराजा) सुवेदीले आत्महत्या गरेको पारिवारिक श्रोतले बताएको छ।

सुवेदी सानैदेखि विज्ञान र इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स सामग्री बनाउन ज्यादै उत्सुक रहेको जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालयका कर्मचारीसमेत रहेका उनको ठूलो बुबा डम्बर सुवेदीले बताए। बाबुराजाले यसभन्दा पहिले पनि इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स सामग्री बनाएर विद्यालयमा प्रदर्शनी गरेका थिए। उनले भने 'ऊ आफूले जे प्रयास गरेपनि सफल नै हुनुपर्छ भन्ने सोच राख्ने विद्यार्थी थियो। त्यसदिन पनि आधारातसम्मको प्रयासमा सफल नभएपछि आत्महत्या गरेको थाहा भो।'

शान्तिडाँडा घर भएका सिद्धार्थ परिवारका एक्ला सन्तान हुन्। उनी सदरमुकामस्थित वाह्रबस्तीमा बुबा-आमासँगै बस्दै आएका थिए। ठूलो बुबा डम्बरका अनुसार सोमबार राती ११ बजेसम्म कोठामा बसेर होलिकोप्टर बनाउन प्रयास गर्दा पनि आफूले बनाएको होलिकोप्टर गुड्ने मात्रै भएको थियो। 'यसलाई रातीसम्म लगाएर भएपनि गुड्ने नै बनाउँछु भन्ने अठोटले सिद्धार्थ साथीकहाँ गएका थिए। राती १ बजेसम्म पनि त्यसलाई उडाउन नसकेपछि उनले साथीहरुलाई सुत्दै गर्न अनुरोध गरेर आफू काममै लागेका थिए। विहानमात्रै उनलाई झुण्डिएको अवस्थामा भेटिएको डम्बरले बताए।

ग्रीनभ्यालीमा कक्षा-४ देखि पढ्दै आएका उनी विद्यालयका राम्रा विद्यार्थीमा गनिने प्रिन्सिपल राजन माइकल गरुङले बताए। उनले भने 'बाबुराजा ट्यालेन्ट थियो। आफूले गरेको प्रयासमा सफल हुनैपर्छ भन्ने जिद्धी पनि गर्थ्याे।' गुरुङले प्रदर्शनीमा विद्यालयले पठाएको नभई बाबुराजा व्यत्तिगत रुपमै जान लागेको बताए। विद्यालयले बाबुराजालाई 'यो वा त्यो बनाएर लैजानू' भन्ने कहिल्यै दवाव पनि नदिएको उनले बताए । प्रहरी सहायक निरीक्षक लीला गुरुङले प्रदर्शनीमा लैजाने सामग्री बनाउनमा लामो समयदेखिको प्रयास असफल भएपछि आत्महत्या गरेका प्रारम्भिक अनुसान्धानले देखाएको बताए।

उनले आत्महत्या गरेपछि त्यही प्रतियोगितामा गायन र नृत्यतर्फ सहभागी हुन विराटनगर जाने योजना बनाएका ज्योति विद्या मन्दिर र दानावारीस्थित एक विद्यालयका विद्यार्थी पनि नगएको विद्यालयहरुले जनाए।
