Hi Sajha Friends,
I am looking for a suggestion about filling G-325A form for I-485. I worked as Teaching Assistant when I was in college. Now, I need to fill up employment history on this biographic information form. My lawer is asking me not to include the college work experience as I did not have valid work authorization from USCIS. But, I have W-2 from college and also filled tax. I did not show this college experience during my H1B as well.
Do you guys think that USCIS will got to IRS to pull up all the details regarding past employment? I am little concerned about this. I can not push my lawyer to include this.
Any suggestion and experience sharing would be highly appreciated.
Thanks guyz.

First of all, why do you need work authorization work to your in own college? I have shown my Tax documents in my case for I-485. I used to be a mentor during my study. I guess your lawyer is simply confused!! if your lawyer don't want you to include then don't include. Worst case is you might get an RFE and you can simply respond it with that document. USCIS won't go after IRS to pull the details. I have even seen people who worked illegally in gas stations and got approved. So don't worry man you are more than safe!!
