I do not think that will be enough, after satisfying with these two infos, I would like to suggest to pay some money for real car-fax.
If the seller is Latino or people like me (who does not like self-praise, just for HUMOR), do not trust the audiometer. Depending upon the car and the model, it takes half an hour to replace. If the seller lives in nice neighborhoods, then he or she must have all the documents of maintenance as well the last inspection paper. You can verify the audiometer number. Do not rely only on looks and cleaniness pay 50-60 to a mechanic to know the actual condition of the motor, they will let you know if any piston working well or not. You do not want to buy a car that has hidden troubles. GOODLUCK.
