No, its not tracing email address.
For example
Regular email address :- ...@hotmail.com
Encoded email address is:- ...@hotmail.com
So, I have this encoded email address, now I need to decode it.

yup! that is quite easy to decode... from the link given by IT_GUY ..u should be able to decode it easily... who encodes in ascii characters anyway lol ...

You can just put the encoded string in google and search for it and google will show you the decoded string
|
