You can say it facial "dandruff" lol, You can wash with a teaspoon of baking soda mix with little water and rub on the face ,it should go away .it's simple and that's what i do , i don't use other craps.
and wash it after few minutes by the way!

Lol @ dandruff !!!...i think you meant sunspots / freckles ! ...minimize going out in the sun,use a good sunscreen lotion when out , i think it's also due to lack of calcium and vitamin E : ) .

fiji is right, its the condition only if you knew how to cure.. thats typical mindset of medical groups who insist its incurable.
-go and do search on 'manuka honey'.
That god send stuff cured my ear lobe eczema that I had for years. Its lil expensive but I still do use 1/4 of tea spoon on my green tea every evening. I'm telling you by experience. It's both topical and ingestible. Some of these skin diseases are not just skin diseases, it's the symptoms that you've some internal problems, you gotta fix that first. There is nothing better than 'manuka honey' which does the job.
Sorry, I was not that explanatory in the comment above but I thought people would search on it.

I didn't use it on my face, but nearby my earlobe and I just took a dab and applied on the affected area, everyday...
I also took it half tea spoon every morning and evening, with chamomile tea, or some day when I 'm lazy, I just sipped half-tea spoon. It's very expensive, like $42 just for 17 oz. and we know what 17 oz looks like. You don't wanna use it like regular honey, but if you could afford, you can do that, I couldn't so, I was really careful how I used it (If I start to use it like regular spread on my bread, it wouldn't last more than a week) .
I think they've UMF level from 10 to 24. 10 is the starting point and 24 is the strongest. Manuka honey is touted for it's natural antibacterial properties and it's being treated to kill MSRA. If you read media, we're constantly brainwashed that MSRA bacterias are getting deadly with no cure, thats true, they're deadly but not without cure. It also help with digestion, GERDs, skins diseases and all other good stuffs. Took time about 2 months for me to see it's effect, may be I was using it under recommended dose, but it worked.
You can go ahead and buy any manuka honey labeled UMF 16-20 for medical purposes and they're expensive, just to let you know. Honey label with just manuka and nothing else could be marketing gimmick, you'd be buying an ordinary honey, but anyway, nature is there to help us. Go ahead and embrace it.
I'll wait to see your recovery comment here in the near future.

Buy a soft avacado, mix a scoop of avacado , a spoon of sugar and a spoon of facial soap. Rub your face very gently, it will clean your face as well as your chaya.

It's called Melasma, as everyone is saying there's no cure of it but you can control and make the spot look little lighter. It's mostly because of the hormonal changes so nothing much we can do except wishing it will go soon. 😊
