 Fortify scan software : Linux server

 Does anyone know how to turn on the fortify scan software on the Linux server?
This is the guideline i got: When i asked if fortify is installed on our server: "on anthill server to create the fpr file and fortify scan software should be local."

Can anyone assist me what i need to do?
