Population wise it beats NYC in doctors, teachers, hospitals, schools, and many others. Dallas is a new city while NY is an old town.

I am sorry to say even I don't know much about Jhapa either. I don't think people become dumb by not knowing about Jhapa LOL!!

We only tend to bother about things that affects us. Obviously for Jhapa people, it affects them a lot but for others who don't live in Jhapa it's not something to register in their brain as important. I know it exists but that's about it. No offence, and if it doesn't make any difference to me, I don't want dumb asses to be judgmental about things I don't give a hoot about.
