After the Guardian video and article about Nepali workers in Qatar, what if Qatar government decides to cut off all Nepali labor from Qatar. Would there be a huge campaign against that move as well?
It's always the opportunity versus abuse scenario same as Nike and other big companies had to face when they outsources their production to other countries with cheap labor and child labor came into the picture.
It is sad that at the end of the day, thousands of Nepalis decide to go to Qatar every month to work knowingly or unknowingly what kind of conditions exist there.

Down the line, there will be some repercussions. Qatar govt is bound to tighten the immigration policy. Some changes will be to improve the condition of workers and others to filter out restrict vulnerable immigrants, this could mean lesser Nepali workers will be allowed in.

Partly i blame Nepalese too, they were supposed to keep their place clean but they don't. For instances remember haija in Haiti, spread out by Nepalese, even Nepalese in US live without cleaning rooms n kitchens
