Malai euta help chhaiyo please help. I completed my bachelor's degree on last November 2012 in Computer information System(CIS). I recently(december 2013) got a job(desi consultancy) and My opt is expiring in coming February(2014). My employer is filing my H-1b in coming April. Here, I have a problem now Since my OPT is expiring in coming february and I am non-STEM major what am I supposed to do? Because I cannot extend my OPT. And I have 2 months of gap in between filing H1b and expiring OPT. Please help

You might have to go to school and get CPT full time, then you can file H1B on this April. Some schools provide CPT from day 1 usually mill.
