Asylum means you cannot stay back home and is refugee to this country. Then why are u posting this on the page saying u want to go back. Then just quit the asylum and go back.

Delhi to Nepal - may be there are better options these days but here is my experience several yrs ago.

Delhi to Gorakhpur is connected by an express train called Amritsar Katihar express. Do expect Bihari crowds in it. Take local train or bus to Sunauli/Bhairahawa.

I have heard about SUVs taking you directly from Delhi Airport to Banbasa. You can enter Nepal in about 7-8 hours this way. Or, just take bus to Banbasa/Tanakpur (via Bareily if you have to wait too long for direct bus). Indian buses are just OK (=bad) but fellow passengers were friendlier than Bihar/UP. I would prefer this route over Gorakhpur train.

Bro asylum leeya pachi you can't go back to nepal..Yadi thaha payau vaney you will be in trouble..but if you want to go..then take a flight to India where your password is stamped..then take a train and after train take a bus to get back to Nepal..Do the same thing when you are coming back..take a flight from India...and if the immigration ask you why you been to india..just tell them my family lives in India...

Thanks npvirus. I find is helpful.

Someone over here also suggested me to take plane from Delhi just using nagarikta. But i think its too risky in case they ask my passport for flight to kathmandu

How to apply for Asylum? I see many Nepalese are successful to obtain the Green Card through asylum even though they came to USA in tourist visa or Student Visa.

I don't know how people make story for asylum. Please give me some idea and lawyers' name who can make the story. And how to talk in interview to make the immigration officers believe the story.

Thanks for your advice.
