I may not be able to help you, but I just replied cause no one else did.

I don't think there is much concentration of neplease around Plano. Bunch of Indians are there though, so better try indian site. Or may be just moving to irving, Richardson , lewisville etc should be fine. It will be approx 35-45 min commute to Plano.
