Of Course, NEPAL. After all you are filling TPS for Nepal nationality. If you are born in Nepal, or lived in Nepal before you come to US, you can mention- Nepal.

Your country of residence is where you have been normally resident for the last three years and where you consider to be 'home'. If you have been in another country for purposes of education or short-term employment this will not change your country of residence.

Country of residence is US not Nepal. You are residing in US not in Nepal. Country of birth n country of nationality is Nepal.

@ny2- US becomes your country of residence if you are a resident of the US. Are you a resident of US? Do you remember paying out of state tuition fees for not being a resident of the state even though you are living in the state?

TPS is granted to those Nepalese Nationals who are Residing in USA only.
So, "Nationality" is the country which you were born "NEPAL"
In this case, "Country of residence" is the country in which you currently reside "USA"
Good luck!!

@ohgaathe, dont compare country of residence with green cards or permanent residents. Even if you are a permanent resident in New york, you dont get in state tution fee in New Jersey. Whether u r on F1, h1,h4 , you are residing in US, getting all mails in US, paying the rent in US, paying taxes in US, that's called country of residence. One of the requisite is that you should have been continuously residing in US...and bla bla bla..... So you are proving continous residency in US to apply for TPS abd yet you dont mention country of residence as US!!!!
