Did anyone with out of status applied for TPS. I applied and one application says New Card is Being produced and the other application(I 821) status says Finger Print fee was received on July 8.

I dont think people from Haiti got green card. But i think you can apply for the upcoming DV lottery, if everything gets finalized by the end of TPS end date.

EAD yes. Tps not yet.

I'm under B1/B2 and my visa was expire six month before. I applied TPS on 15july. Got fingureprint on 14th August and TPS approved on 28 August. 2nd September card was mailed to me. Now I'm waiting for my EAD.

I am out of status and i am requesting anyone who is in the same situation to share their questions and suggestions in this link.Maybe we can help each other's out.I received my EAD on September.

My TPS is pending since July 16th as well. its been 155 days since they received it. Cant even create a service request because they don't have a definitive processing timeline for TPS for Nepal.
Just relax suvaratri, I dont see any reason why they would deny a case as the requirement is just to provide evidence that you are a national of Nepal and your continuous residence which I believe you have provided. Its just a waiting game but I think after 6 months you can create a service request, if I am not mistaken.
