Well ! I myself am a CCNP certified person. However, I have to say, it is really really difficult to find a trainer in Networking, at least, I have not found/encountered any one so far. Do not know if any consultancy would provide training on that because it is rare to find an instructor to teach networking.
Now, as far as in DFW area, again, it is really difficult to find a good trainer on Networking in the whole USA, do not know how we can get one in DFW area. At least, I do not know and do not have any info on that. Maybe some sajha contributors can shed light on it.
But I know that Networking has a good demand in job market and a good possibilities as well. And it is quite easy compared to system engineering positions.

You can try Nvesttech Inc. I found this consultancy through my friend. They have on-site and online training. Instructors are very good and easy to access with and great lab exercises.
