Why are we shouting against India? For me, it seems like Govt does not like to negotiate and solve problems with Madhesi Nepalese.
First of all let's solve our internal problems with Nepalese living in Madhesh.
Then this Nakabandhi can be solved easily.

Why multiple posting?

Do you even know what are the demands of Madhesi people? Do you really think they are the only citizens of Nepal who are cut off from the needs and rights? Living life in Himal and Pahad is more tough than in Terai, terai is far better because of easy access to India(daily supply needs) and great lands. Now why the fcuk they want whole terai as one big state ? Use your fckin common sense , so that it will be easy for India to take over or take advantage of rivers and land. ( they know their intention ) and involvement of direct politics as they are also demanding election on basis of population size but not geographical division. If Carolina can be North and South, Virginia and West Virginia , North and South Dakota , why they are arguing making terai as one big state? and Madhesi are not agreeing with that. Also , When Indian govt have problem with Sonia Gandhi with her party involvement and she cannot be president , why and how would modi govt suggest nepali constitution to involve in higher post of "angakrit" people.
There is difference between riot and protest. Now they are burning ambulance, supplies of medicines, goods. They are fckin terrorist, the evil Madhesi leaders are leading those protestors to terrorize govt and public. There can never be politics, where to get right you are killing and burnings, only terrorist does that.
I agree there is weakness of our govt too, which is not a new thing. But "it is a do or die " situation for Nepali people, if govt do not take a step either we will die forever or future generation will live good life forever. That step is either do agreement with India which means we gonna lost our nationality, pride and live like a dog. Or find alternate to progress country without help of India and keep continue with own attitude, find resources and solutions, like I said , our new generation will not live life like a puppet.

So then what do you want? Keep shouting with banners everyday? Have you heard the term "Negotiation" ? The negotiation can overcome all those banners and slogans. Me being a pahadi too, I believe in negotiation and common ground.

One thing I don't like about the current self-proclaimed netas is that they wrote constitution for their own benefit and for continuation of their corrupt attitude.

All Netas are like shit, I agree that. There are drawback in current constitution too but meanwhile I do not think that it has excluded Madhesi people. India has done nothing but just domination just like powerful jamindar does to villagers. We can always correct and add the constitution in near future as it is a long way to go for its implementation. Right now is time to save what we have left rather than to lose.
"However who the hell India is to suggest with 7 terms and conditions to apply it in our constitution " , even if we have made mistake or miss to involve anything in our constitution , isn't it duty of those Madhesi leaders to raise the voice in House peacefully. We can always add it up in negotiation with correct terms. Rajendra mahato and Upendra Yadav has become ministers in past too, we have not seen at that time raising the voice of inequality of Madhesh during that time. Why now only? It is clear that India is flaming up the heat to Madhesh and it is just their long back plan.
One more time, I won't say our newly constitution is best, but I just do not want to see interfere of India in it.

There is one type, that goes on to the protest
There is another type, that doesn't do anything
There is the third type, that doesn't go to the protest, doesn't do anything but bickers about people who go to protest.

I think the third type is comparable to those who say that they don't give money to beggars/charities because they could use those money for other greater cause - and they never do that anyway.

I am surprised with your angle of understating the situation. Let me ask you bro. If Madeshi people accepted this constitution and IF current shit netas understood the value of the Madhesh land, do you think India will interfere Nepal and Madhesh's interest?
And bottom line here is that, India did not block, Madheshi's blocked it because they are not happy with their own Pahadi brothers. Keep in mind, if Madhesh is NOT happy, we will go hungry.

Bro, the serious flaws of this constitution ( but in favor of those netas) are:
1. The president (power less) has term limitation (2 terms) where as Prime Minister (who always loots and cheats) have no limitation. He can be Prime Minister without term limit. Does it make you happy?

2. Why is समानुपाती systems implemented? Do you know why? Because those netas can be minister over and over without winning the election. Example, Kamal Thapa is उप प्रधानमन्त्री . He didn't win the election. There are so many examples.

Do you know that there are currently six Vice Prime Ministers in Nepal? Bro, doesn't your blood boil?

The fascist Hindu state of India wants to create a reservoir in tarai with Koshi and Karnali rivers. Those rivers will be channeled into India's ambitious plan to regenerate its dead river that will circle through north india for drinking water and irrigation.

Once the reservior is created, the rich Madhesi dalaal will be given an Indian citizenship and the poor Madhesis (dharti putras) will be forced up north into Nepal as refugees ( just like bhutanese refugees ). India already has 700 million beggars and it does not need another 5 million madhesi beggars from Nepal.

India and its fascist state will use the political parties to wipe its arsh and throw it out once its done. They did that to Kangressi bhatuwaas, UML Chors, and Mao Dakaas. Next, its madhesis, once India get what it wants from Madhesh, madhesis will be thrown away like a toilet paper with shit on it. Yet, the retardness of Nepali parties is that even after seeing how each political party has been used/abused by India for its selfish gains, there is no shortcoming of another political party willing be become their next Toilet paper roll.

I won't dismiss all madhesh protests as India's sponsorships. Some of their demands might be genuine and we don't agree to listen to any of them. If you listen to madheshi interviews, you'll hear them saying people of all ages and people from non-madhesh ethnicity are also protesting.
- After India's blockade, madheshi became adamant on state border issues. If you've listened to their interviews before the blockade, their demands were not clear. Sushil Koirala's government showed apathy to them, and didn't show genuine interest in any talks with them. They were imposing curfew on these regions day after day, and weeks after weeks. Police killed several people (before tikapur incident). Nepali media, government or kathmandu didn't care.
- What has stopped yet for government to say which of the demands could be met? Has government said that we can meet all of madhesi demands except madhes state border and naturalized citizen's eligibility for top-notched posts?
- I agree with Baburam that government should not have celebrated with fireworks after the constitution when so many people were protesting against constitution?
- Is constitution and federalism greater than people's lives? Why can't government say that we will not go ahead with the federalism for some time to pacify the protesters?

Yet, many see only the faults of madhesis. Government is busy EARNING black money through BLACK market from the plight of people. NOC's GM is interested in having scarcity of fuel so that he and his masters in government could amass wealth by selling in exorbitant price.

Indian wants Nepal neighbor country always remain poor, weak and dependent on them, and they can share their market to poor nepali people. We can't do much about India or Madheshi protesters. But people have power to pressure Nepal government to do the right thing and be serious on the current situation. I think the cunning politicians have succeeded on diverting all attention to India and Madhesh. Why can't the government be clear on the issues first? Present nationalist government hasn't formally called it as "blockade" yet. When the government issued a formal request, they were afraid to send it to the Indian ambassador and made the request through Nepali media. When the GM of NOC is caught selling fuel in black market and he is unwilling to solve the fuel scarcity, what has stopped the government to sack GM? Is it so hard to see that they are getting the cut from such sales in black market?
