Dear All,

We, me and my family, are looking for a bride for my brother. He stays in California. Rest of us live in Ohio. He is divorced, 33 years old, and have a son who lives with his ex wife in US itself. He works in IT field and earns pretty good. He is highly educated as well. Circumstance made him divorce which he never wanted to do. He got cheated by his wife.

Definitely he is a nice, honest, and simple guy. I am not telling that because he is my brother, but, as a human. We are looking for a brahmin or chhetri girl. Please do not blame as racist, but, that is our preference. As of now, we do not have any preference over never married or divorced/widow girl or any age.

As far as his legal status goes, he is in work permit. Hopefully he will have GC soon as his employer is preparing to file it.

Since this is a real serious matter for us, please respect it and please do not make a fun with unnecessary comments, questions and answers. If you seriously need to ask some question, lets do that in private space, via personal message.

Many unmarried Nepali men like me are finding it very difficult and challenging to find a bride in US. I think its going to be more challenging for your brother to find a bride in US since he is already divorced. Anyway, I wish him best.

I didn't mean it that way. Yesto kam ma contact jati badayo teti faida huncha, infact reason for u being single is u dont have enough contacts. Ke thaha Saru baini ko bhai lai nabhayeko timi sanga milla, timi sanga namileko uniharu lai milla. My simple tip, try to make as many contacts as possible, more outside Sajha. Contacts is the name of the game. Its all about being at the right place at the right time.

Like Saaney Gurung said, it will be real difficult and challenging for you to get a bride for your brother in the USA if you are looking for a nepali girl. He may easily find white or other race girls if he has a good social networking. But that is also out of the picture because you have certain preferences.
When a nepali girl hears divorced, they will just go 10 miles away from that guy no matter what he earns and how far educated he is, whether it was his fault on the divorce or his ex wife's fault. We, nepalese, still live in that mentality where it is always blamed to a male when it comes to divorce. We, all, fail to see that it can be the girl who is the main reason for divorce. Like you said, your brother was cheated by his ex wife and he divorced, but still, he will be some how blamed for the divorce, directly and indirectly, by nepalese society. Thus it will be a big challenge for you to find a nepali girl here.

haha...girls in usa...forget it...since low supply high demand..they only go for the almost perfect ones..you know good looks, nice salary and GC holder (with every one getting TPS, girls do not even care about GC i guess now)...or they marry americans or indians....:)

We are all over the US. Most interesting part is almost every girl who came to US already had boyfriend , that is the reason it is hard .
