अमेरिका आएर सुरु को काम फास्ट फुड मा गरियो । प्राय मलाई ग्रिल्ल मा काम लगौथ्यो, सुरु सुरु मा बर्गर र फ्राइस पकाको गन्ध ले टाउको दुख्थ्यो तर बिस्तारै बानी पर्‍यो। साला सबै ले खाने कुरो लाई म चै किन छि छि गर्ने भनेर एक दिन बर्गर खाएको ठिकै लाग्यो। त्यो ठाउँ मा ८ महिना जती काम गरियो। पछी सम्म मा त ग्रिल्ल गरेको बस्ना मिठो लग्न थालयो । बर्गर नि मिठो ।
अझ पछी अलिक राम्रो राम्रो ठाउँ मा गएर बर्गर चाखियो झन मिठो लग्न थालयो। स्तेक पनि खयिओ त्यो पनि मन पर्न थालयो।

हेल्थ को हिसाब ले त राम्रो होइन त्एसैलीए त्एती धेरै खाईदइन तर मलाई गाई को मासु मिठो लाग्छ भन्या ।।
Pot Roast, beef brisket हरु चै त्एती मन पर्दैन। बर्गर, स्तेक, जर्की, रिब्स हरु चै खुब मिठो लाग्छ।

घर मा थाहा पये भने मारचन होला त्एसैलीए घर मा चै भन्या छैन।

म जस्तो अरु नेपाली हिन्दू हरु पनि हुनुन्छ कि गाई मिठो लाग्ने ?

Shiva_linga - That clearly opens up a topic for debate. Let's not go into that now. Speaking in general "Hindu = No beef". BTW I do not consider myself religious, just believe in a higher power be it Vishnu or christ or allah.

Timi amrika ko kura garchau, hamra bahun saathi haru 15 barsa agadi nai beef momo haru bajautheu. You have to be broadminded not religious fanatics. Uni haru lai kehi aatma glaani bhayena timlai kina hunu paro. Enjoy beef, good protein. It has b12, bcaa all good stuff in it.

Beef is healthier option than fat-laden-skin-attached-goat that we buy from the farm.
