even if you are..you can file h1b..go for counslor processing for h1b in nepal..if they dont stamp your h1b, come back with AP.

I think having TPS EAD has any link with getting you a H1B except the fact that you just have EAD( authorization to work ). So find an employer who can file H1B, April is just a month away dude so do it fast.

either your employer will have a lawyer who file your H1B or you yourself find a good lawyer who specializes in this field and have him work with your employer to get your H1B filed. Either case, an immigration lawyer will file your H1B. Good luck.
