Friends, I received a letter from USCIS today make me kind of shocked, my approval was on hold for long ( one of the reason might be i was out of US fro some time ) but now they finallly sent me a letter mentioning that they can`t approve my TPS within 150 prior to its expiation. my visa expires in november this year and i have no adequate finance to join shool and regain f1 status.. what can i do in this situation, i m really stuck in middle of nowheare.. is anyone in same boat?? please guide me throughout this depression process.. what should be my next move. is there any way i can reation my leagl status without being enrolled in college.( i have financially hardship)

You can sue the director of USCIS. They will re-examine your tps application and chances are it will be approved. Get a lawyer.

what was the date when you were out of US? Since, you have to be Continuous Residence Date in U.S. Since:June 24th, 2015.

@maxpayne and Kaleo: His tps is not denied because of the lack of evidences but because it's now less than 150 days left for TPS for nepal to expire unless USCIS renews it for another year. So i guess all others whose tps is still pending will get the same letter. So only if TPS is renewed, they can apply again. @furke: Have you seen other cases how long and how much it takes for the suing process to complete? Lots of Years and lots of money, so suing is out of option.
