i just received letter from NATIONAL VISA CENTER NVC saying to start pre processing ..i collected all the documents and filled DS261 form saying i dont need any agent so that is completed too now about the payment should we wait 15days to pay or kan we pay now for AOS as the pay now opens in the form ....please help ...any suggestion is welcomed .

No Need to wait, you can pay.
wait time 15 days is for mail time.In my understanding you did over either phone or online for choose of agent

thank you for your response..it helped alot... i filled DS 261 online and submitted and now AOS (1 fee) is paid too for another it says NOT INVOICED so i guess we have to wait for the invoice for that ... i have another question about the affidavit form what is the difference between I 864 and I 864 EZ .. we are confuse which one to fill up .. waiting for the response ..

when you have confusion, don't use the easy one.
I864 is applicable to all conditions while i864ez is only for some specific cases. So just fill in i864 and you don't have to worry about any conditions.

Yes, you have to wait for few days.after few days you can see "invoiced"

Regarding affidavit form let me make clear
If the sponsor is using only income - then you would use the I-864EZ
If the sponsor is using assets, they would use the I-864
It means
if you have income more then $24000 then fill form I-864EZ
if you have income less then $24000(not sure $20000-$24000) then fill form I-864
you have to search for sponsor
(Note :- Above income information is only for single sponsorship,if you have to sponsor for
household then income range may change)

after a agent is chosen(urself), u can pay AOS fee $120. but to pay another IV fees, u need to wait for around 15days. Later, u will get a email in the mailing id u provided for agent which is urself in ur case. then after u will be able to pay IV fee of $325.
Me n my fren were in same situation n confusion for over a week not being able to pay IV fees n proceed ahead. just got the mail yesterday n paid the fee today. hehe..

this is our first time doing all this things by ourselves. actually I m just helping my fren to do all these things so that he doesn't need to pay others just to fill out the forms n submit. First timers.
We were also so much confused about I864 & I864A. We were thinking about filling I864 leaving the assets category n options blank but now looks like I864ez is easier n better option. दुबिधा??

1) you got letter few month ago which looks like:
six steps below to begin NVC processing.
Step 1. Choose an agent
Step 2. Pay fees
Step 3. Submit visa application form
Step 4. Collect financial documents
Step 5. Collect supporting documents
Step 6. Submit documents to the NVC

In My understanding you have already done from step 1 to step 5,Now you have to complete step 5 and 6

2) To Complete step 5 and 6,you need the documents,which is mentioned on your letter

Collect those documents, and send to NVC. If all documents looks fine then you will be waiting for interview date,but if any mistake occurs then NVC will inform.You have to send again. My Suggestion ,Take your time but send all document perfectly.

thank you so much for the information you shared .. i received the NVC letter this month only its just been few days but anyways i paid for AOS and it was in process for 3 days and it was paid and they told us to fill up affidavit and submit but somewhere i saw that all the physical papers to be sent in one envelope.what is the next step ? should we submit affidavit online for next step and wait for IV fees invoice to pay that ...

If I am not wrong, you can't send affidavit form online.You have to send with physical papers in one envelope.
Before getting fees invoice
you can collect documents:-
call IRS and request for 3 years IRS Tax Transkript, (usually takes 7-10 days)(because u can't download online)
Photographs(Don't use photographs of Nepal)
complete affidavit form (Note:- its very confusing)
social security earning statements( go to #www.ssa.gov,complete steps, I mean to say it takes time) etc

What photographs? NVC doesn't need photographs and it doesn't ask for. You need social security earning statements only if you are getting social security benefits otherwise not.

we tried to sign up yesterday on IRS as well as social security but sth went wrong and we had to wait 24 hour for new one to fill up...so basically for now we are signing up for IRS and social security ...and then after we get irs transkript and social security earning statement with the AOS i864EZ we will be sending all our supporting documents ..and after the invoice of iv application fees we will fill up DS 260 as written in our paper.. i hope we are not missing anything ...

How did mistake happen to IRS,it's all about following automated phone instructions.
Regarding social security sign in, it's better to go to social security office and get help(I did same way)
I think other it looks fine
but there are few things need to take care of
1)write case number on back of photo
2)place documents in order
3) Don't send original documents
