It depends on what your background is. With MSc from TU, they did not ask for evaluation/ equivalency when I applied.

Most of the programs do participate in SOPHAS (which is centralized application for most of public health programs) and they do require WES or equivalent evaluation. Check SOPHAS and WES website for requirement. As far as I know you need to get sealed transcipt sent directly from university to SOPHAS.
