Will H1B be changed to TPS automatically once it is approved or it only happens after I use it?
(i.e, If I have TPS EAD approved but haven't use it, will it hamper H1B or not?)
I mean, can I apply TPS EAD as a back up for H1B?

Having TPS EAD doesn't affect ur H1B as long as you are meeting H1B requirements, so u can have TPS EAD as a backup.

Situation: Approved TPS from last round and travel document. I traveled to Nepal and renewed my H1B visa and entered US with H1B status. Can I still re-register for TPS?

Once you work on TPS EAD in weekends you violate H1B status. So dont look to make few extra bucks and jeopardize H1B.

As laure_thito mentioned, once you work extra hours other than your H1B hours, you are illegal...
