Guff dine ni hadhunchha ni bro, aafu aako flight ko port of entry US bhanda bahira paryo bhandaina sabaiko tei hunchha!!! Wrong information failaune kaam chahai nagarum bro.
US has port of entry outside US only in around 15 cities like Abu Dhabi, Montreal,...... Flights not coming to US via those transits will have port of entry in US whether it's JFK or any other airports. Like Doha, India, europe bhayera aauneharuko US airport nai port of entry hunchha.

Since your last post was genuine i think this one is true too. Lets be clear there is very less chance of him getting back here in US in legal way. I heard once you get deported you can not come US for 7 years ( correct me if i am wrong) . He can try f1 again which will take at least 6 month from now and same amount of money. And of course embassy in nepal will also go through his past record and there is very less chance of him getting Visa. Illegal way maa mexico bata chirna lakhau laagcha and as you said he is in hard condition i don't think he can afford.

hmm i think ur very right instagram bro . once ur out of status in usa ur life over here i also adviced him try australia, koz after he being deported i dnt see any chance of being back here..do u think he needs to make new passport to try for australia?
