Hello everyone, I am in big problem. I have sent my application for TPS renewal with fee waiver on Nov 28,2016 and it was delivered on Dec 02,2016. After that I waited for my case receipt no. for almost more than a month but didn't received/heard anything from USCIS regarding my case. Then I called USCIS to know about my application and they told me to contact lockbox support. I contacted them and today only I got a response email from them which states that my application was rejected on december 06,2016 because of insufficient evidence for fee waiver request .They said that they have returned my application package to my mailing address and it was returned to Lockbox as undeliverable on December 27, 2016. Lockbox mailed my rejected TPS package again on December 27, 2016 to an alternate address where I used to live before. Until now I haven't received my rejected application package. So, my question is can I apply for TPS renewal again with fees now? Suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank You.

Once you have the application received, they have mentioned the instruction on how to re-apply if sufficient evidence is not met. They might be looking for some more documents on RFE, it might not be final rejection. So, get the documents first. If you can not get the documents back, there is nothing you can do coz the application filing date for TPS has already been over on Dec 24, 2016. Please do not mind, kahile kahi loov garda ke .....milcha bhanchaa ni. Lesson to be learnt for future sathi.

Call them and ask what was RFE for . If you asked for waiver, they shld have asked for last years tax return as an evidence to prove you didnt have enough money. But you will need the returned mail package to reply back to them if you want to reapply/provide evidence. Just a suggestion!

not judging but you would try to waive a mere $400 fee it this thing was so important to you. Sometimes its better to play safe even if it hurts your pockets ...THAT EAD would have returned thousands more ....
