@ikauda: By good billing rate, what figure are we talking about? I know at least three people looking for better opportunity and all of them have at least 3 years exp. as QA analysts.

I know at least three people looking for better opportunity and all of them have at least 3 years exp. as QA analysts..... if you are not vendor.... pass their information..... with updated resume.... i can't give you the rate without looking..... but will be competitive based on their experience...
