You could get a travel document and visit your family back home for a while.

You, being asylee, must be a green card holder or US citizen, If so, why don't you visit Nepal in regular basis. I may be wrong. I don't know your full story. Don't be depressed. Be bold. You don't know when life ends. This is very precious short life. Make it productive and exciting as much as you can. You have nothing to lose. End is imminent. Why do you worry? There is nothing that belongs to you.

Yesraj, This is a very critical situation and in my opinion, this question should be directed to an experienced attorney.

Pretty sure you can travel outside or Nepal and no one will stop you. However it can be very risky doing so on Asylum. Read this https://immigration-law.freeadvice.com/immigration-law/asylum/leaving_US_appeal.htm You can ask you family to apply tourist visa at least try if that works. But if nothing happens, go home, see your family..if worst come you cannot be back ..but you still have your health to carry on.

With pending asylum status, there is 0% chance that your wife and child get tourist visas, but doesn’t hurt to try.
