Hi, I called USCIS customer service and they said they can't see any action or record about the case. I checked the tracking number and it has been delivered. I told them I didn't receive a text message and receipt, and they asked me to email and open an account online. Has anyone opened an account or email? Please let me know.

Yes. Create account at myuscis. When you put your info it will identify your cases I guess. Don’t know if you need any receipt number. You can see all your tps and it’s actually good because you can download all your receipts etc.

@pepsi. At least it has current TPS cases. When received what documents were received. What was sent to the applicants such as receipts biometric notices all in one place. You can even see your passport copies that you sent to Uscis. I find it very helpful.

I talked the USCIS customer service again because I had few questions regarding sending emails. How long is it taking for other people to get receipt and text message? Because one customer representative said I should have received in 2 weeks but the other one said receipt takes 30 days? what do you guys have heard and experience, please let me know?
