Hello everyone,
So do we need anything else when traveling to Nepal Via India. I heard that we need no objection letter when we are returning to USA via India.
Has anyone recently travelled through India. If so how long is the process to get it and where to get it.

Thanks in advance

According to your other post I guess you are traveling in AP, why do you want to make things complicated by traveling via India? While boarding plane back to US, Indian official may give you hard time as they may have no idea about AP. I recently boarded flight from singapore to US in AP and it took me about 45 minutes to convince singaporean officials and united airlines staffs to let me board the plane in AP. But I may be wrong about India. Do your own due deligence.

@jonah,
I have applied asylum in 2010 and the case was closed coz I was back to f1 status. I just don’t want to give them reason to question me at Port Of entry. Also ticket is cheap via India.

India immigration office knows very well about AP. There is no any issue while returning. This is my own experiences in Delhi airport. You even don’t have to show or bring NOC. Good luck 👍🍀
