I had started the process on June 26, 2019. I got rejection twice with same reason need receipt that shows evidence of filing I-821 application. Finally they accepted my application on September 5. There is no update on my application.

What is your status ? Does anyone get new EAD ? if so how long does it take?

Does anyone contact to Adhikaar about TPS ?

Been 4months plus no info yet

I got mine within a month. Filed in July 8 and received EAD in Aug10. But I know some ppl filed around the same time as mine and have not received appointment for biometrics yet. Not sure whats the process behind it. Good Luck!

Did you call them? If the application is pending more than 90 days, they will provide reason why it is pending.

Called them after 90 days. They said processing time is upto 5.5 months now.

I applied EAD just to renew DL but Texas DPS renewed my DL with SAVE check so, I stopped worrying about EAD except for that 410$ :(

Yes, this time I had to do biometrics unlike last time I renewed. I sent all my packaging to Chicago via U.S. Postal Service.
Note:- If you mailing your package via different carrier than U.S. Postal service there is a different address.

what is that SAVE check ? I am in Arkansas and my driving license is expiring in 2 weeks.

SAVE verification is Federal Government program that allows state govt agency like dmv to verify non-citizen’s immigration status.

Not all state dmv do the SAVE verification but most of them do. You can check your state dmv’s website or call them.

How SAVE works in DMV?

You take any USCIS document with your Alien Number (EAD, Approval notice), DMV will do online SAVE verification for you which is instant but sometimeS they need 2nd or 3rd verification which will take upto 2 weeks but they will call you or send you the letter once done.

Yes I paid both ($85 & $410). I only received my EAD card on mail. I logged in my USCIS account online and it says my Application for TPS(I-821) is approved.

both my application for EAD and AP had been received in June 26th and when I check online it says it's being processed. It's been 3+ months is this normal, before I would get EAD and AP within a month.
