If u didn’t file them as dependent they might get tax credit for healthcare, food stamp, section 8 housing free tuition on some state and more.

Some states provide state sponsored health care services.

For everyone of us know how she has been a total supporter of TPS being extended and all even helping post all the details regarding TPS for last one year. It's not that easy . They would probably get emergency Medicaid but no other benefit if they are sponsored.they have to work 40 quarters like 10 yrs to get medicare and since he is 65 he wont get medicaid anyway. May be some community clinics discounts programs but those docs are rookies.having green card doesnt mean y hit the jackpot it just means a whole new opportunities and struggles my friends .good luck . No benefits at all. You can go to ER and do not pay medical bills but remember you sponsor them and you are responsible for all medical bills legally. No medicaid, Not tax dependent ( I think you can little bit here) etc.
