Look at Koshi River, The floodgate is controlled by india. India stores water in Nepal for their use. Nepal gets floded and India gets hassel free water. You also can see water channels going towards India.
Whoever signed this treaty from Nepal must have gotten heafty swiss bank acoount from India.

Nepal has 3 Major problems:

(1) National crimes and corruption - in development projects, Citizenship distribution, Banking and Administrative.

(2) Control of Law, Order, Rule and Regulation.

(3) Border of Nepal and India - Indian invasion or illigal border activities.
