I have hacked several hotmail passwords.

but dude, I have searched long and hard for it, there's no way of hacking hotmail passwords. seriously. if javascript worked on hotmail msgs, then it's a piece of cake. but you know, the world's best programming minds discover these flaws and report them and MS corrects them immediately.

at first i said that i hacked passwords. I did so using phishing quite some time ago. now i don't want to give exactly how to do it, they scrapped my phishing website and i forgot most of it. but, the thing is, the internet gives almost step-by-step to make phising attacks.

don't do it though. it's illegal methinks.

now when you click on the link...you will be redirected to a fake page whick will ask for your password ( note that your email ID will appear in the page.. this makes us feel that that page is authentic)...
You enter your password and the page will show you a greeting card...
You will never know that your hotmail passowrd has been hacked...

Moral:
Always see the address in the address bar before entering anything confidencial..

i had even worked out the code to make a fake address bar.
looked quite authentic.

but the main thing is this, hotmail passwords can't be hacked unless the user types it. see, even in phishing the user has to actually type the password.

look, if the target is close to you, then there are guaranteed alternatives. do some work to find them out.

okay, target close--> if your victim is someone you know or lives near you. you can find out what computer he/she uses. you can even get him/her to use your computer. now, what are the alternatives when you have done that, work out for yourself. do some work ( and thinking) dude.

javascript: javascript can be used to do many things. basically, if you can embed a javascript code on hotmail messages, then you can do it easily. but, hotmail doesn't allow it. i learned it the hard way. i wrote a lot of code just to find that it didn't work. and anyway as i said already, hackers are always reporting new flaws ( there were soem flaws that had actually been discovered just days before i tried exploiting them).

by the way, recently in my computer science class someone discovered that if you send javascript from yahoo to gmail, it's allowed. i don't know about that.

the codes that doesnt' work are meaningles to mention..
yes there can be way of changing the address bar content after the fake page loads..

and please dont say that we have to watch the person typing the password when we find out which computer he uses...

dude, i mentioned those for 2 reasons:
1) to say that coded hacks are not possible, not at least by non-super-geeks like me.

okay, the simplese implementation of javascript would have been to load the fake page in the same page, not in a seperate window. ppl wouldn't look at the address bar too much. i know this from experience. even my most crude phishing worked.

anyway, if you have someone working at your computer, can't u think of any non-moronic way of finding the what someone typed in your computer? seriously. this mostly works, because ppl mostly want passwords of ppl close to them, like girlfriend or son or wife or whatever. come on. the internet is full of these things.

how to create phishing of my own?

look, in my last winter break, i searched around on the internet for like a week. and from that learnt enough javascript, perl and CGI to do everything. i would send the attack and wait. when the victim gave the password, i received an email. it was so cool to see that email ( it was customized to show: you have a new victim!)
and the text said something like: my password is "this". please use it however you like it. haha.

as to answer the phishing question, just do some work. to begin with, haven't you ever received a phishing email.? like from ebay or paypal? look at the page's source code. look at how the "real" spammer does it.

As not being a computer person, I used a trick to hack password though which I hacked few. The process is like
1)type e-mail add of the person (whose pw is you're gonna hack) in msn messenger(or hotmail)
2) then type any password
3) then it asks "Forgot your password?" or just click forgot your password
4) then if we click there it asks for the country's name
5) if you put then again it asks for the answer of your secret question
and that's it.

As a whole it's all about knowing your the other person's SECRET QUESTION'S answer. You should know the his/her interest. So that you can type there.

Once when I hacked some fellow's pw.
the secret question was like...

Which is your fav. fruit?
I though she likes banana......WRONG. and then I put mango...wrong...and then I put orange..and YES...I accessed his mail account and went inside his hotmail account and I changed her PW.
