If so, king's position could be just ceremonial if people want. If so, future constitution should ensure that the prime minister and parliament be able to mobilize security force without consultation to the king. but i prefer a country without king because we suffered a lot in the past from this autocrat.

Thaha_Panyen King is symbol of unified Nepal since 18th century. This is 21st century but we still need king but just a ceremonial.
Reason: SPA are unified right now But after election they'll start fighting each other for Kurchi. On other hand mobadi want to make Nepal communist state (ie, no freedom of speech) which will be worst than King's 14th month rule.

We can NOT imagine communism rulling over our country. that is and will be never possible . we need a democratic country, of course with Maoists among them. if there is a king who pays income tax even for his remuneration, i have no problem. but worse thing is that we still node our head in front of him, we still have to listen those Raja's relatives and chamchaa who have captured army, police, beaurocracy and economy if he remains as a king.

Freek brought an interesting point about Nepali flag. I think Mandales have given a bad name to Nepali flag and so people hesitate to carry them. Also, I think Nepalis do not have very close association with our National flag or national song since their symbolism is heavy on monarchy and do not represent people. For example, symbolism of Nepali flag is heavy on Chandra, Surya - represent monarchy is eternal and shape is associated with Hindu flags. There is nothing in the flage about representing Nepali people, geography, diverse ethnicities, history, achievements, or culture that make people proud and excited. Same with the national song. It does not make me excited.

1 Nepali janata rely on half-measures and never go to the full extent.

2 Gyane could've been blown out forever if those netaas had pushed for an extra mile.

3 Nepali janatas dont use their minds..they rely of the minds of crooked netaas (this is reason why janatas get screwed time and again). I wont be surprised if nepali janatas get screwed up again in the future either by the netaas or Gyane.

The best solution is to lease this country to some profitable multi-national corporation or lease it to some rich nation. Run the nation like a corporation, firing and hiring people when needed.

Nepal does not need democracy..Nepali janatas are simply uncapable to maintain the system called democracy.

I also want to add one more thing. Don't go to Royal Palace to take oath of executive power. Ceremonies oath program in Singhdarbar in a tent, so that all Nepali can clearly view the process. The authority who gives oath should also come to there. It would reflect a real 'LOKATANTRA'.
