Dear frens,

I have not clear idea in relation to “social-democrat (NOT communist)” and “economic neo-Liberalism (not capitalism).” Would you please distinguish it for me?

I just know one word: SPAM...it's definied in internet terminology as unsolicited advertisement/etc...in world politics it is defined as "Goverment of Nepal constituting of Corrupt politicians and Terrorism getting together after unleashing mobs and goons on the streets for 19 days in which known 21 state terrorists died and who were later declared as Martyrs much to the amazement of 30 million Nepalese all over the world who couldn't digest the fact that 14,000 people have been killed in armed conflict in last 14 years by these Mobs and goons and to top of that over these corrupt plunderer of nation politicians were last elected 9 years ago."

Some other facts regarding SPAM have already been posted earlier...I hope this helps.

Neoliberalism is a political-economic ideology that de-emphasizes, limits and rejects government intervention in the domestic economy. The core belief of this philosophy lies in focusing on free-market methods, fewer restrictions on business operations, and property rights. Internationally or moreso in global trade market, neoliberalism favors the opening of foreign markets by political means, using economic pressure, diplomacy, and/or military intervention.

Social-l democracy is an advanced philosophy of liberal democracy, initiated to solve the problems found in unregulated capitalism, such as freedom from discrimination and dependence on either the owner of means of production and political power, basically it promotes individual liberties, economic, socio-culture, lawfull equality and social justice, equal opportunity for everyone, and solidarity.

I think its a vicious cycle of dictatorship follwing communism that is followed by democracy. Nepal has already seen the dictatorship, now it will see the communication and may be in 50 years it will see the liberal democracy,.....he he...not a great forsighted politician but just a thought. And for Lilashaja's question " its just like asking hathi baliyo ki hathi chaap chappal?" the answer is " ustai ustai ho nani"

peace !!
hoping to get laid this weeknd.

Neo liberalism is what exactly WTO is doing recently. Neo liberalism is being enforced by the WTO mechanism where capitalist/developed western countries are imposing their economic policies to the third world and underdeveloped countries. This way multinationl corporation from these western countries benefit a lot at the expense of the poor countries. This word is coined to give negative meaning to the word "liberalism" by those who do not support the present form of globalization.
