I AM NOT A SOCIAL WORKER WHO IS HERE TO CHANGE PEOPLES BELIEF AND IDEAS. I JUST THINK ABOUT THE BETTERMENT OF THE MOTHERLAND AND SHE NEEDS JUSTICE. IF SOMEONE HAS PROBLEM WITH KNG, GO TO REHABLITATION CENTER, UR IDEAS WILL BE CHANGED AND U WILL ERUPT AS A LEARNED PERSON. ANYWAYS, IF I WERE KING, I WOULD HAVE ASKED 20 M17 CHOPPERS AND AIR RAIDED ALL THE MOAIST AND SPA AFFECTED ZONES. KILL HUNDRED THOUSANDS. REST WILL BE FINE. IF DEMOCRACY MEANS CHAOS, I AM AGAINST CHAOS. JAI BABA PASHUPATINATH! PS. I WOULD LIKE TO HANG ALL THE SAJHA TERRORISTS FIRST THOUGH.

Jai Hindu... well i am not in favor of killing all at one time but the thing is that they should be punished for sure. am not in the favor or king but what i see is that being an institution king has done alot for the existence of the country. King has no choiice of being bad man because he has no public life for real unless he abandon the thorn but the politicians have right to be a bad man and you can see how many bad men we had. sabai khandau.. i wonder where all those PAJEROS used to run in kathmandu city? Did they start living in village with the Pajeros? isn't that funny? I think their 5 years Debt program is over and sold to all 305 new buyers. kasto HAJAM NAHUNE KURA 305 WOTA PAJERO GAYEB

Wow, Jai Hindu, that was quite deep.... Your topic is quite fascinating, though. I am not that knowledgeable in the history of Nepal, but so long as I know from my shallow reading that Nepal has been through series of rulers. Nepal was first ruled by Kirati monarchy then followed by Lichhawi monarchay. Later it was ruled for many years by Shah Monarchy. So it seems like there are lots of transition from face to grace. In those years monarchy was the popular type for ruling the country, but now the monarchy is shifting to another type of monarchy which is mostly ruling by Girija/Prachanda/Baburam Monarchy, shifting one more time to yet another face and grace. Just a though!!! répondez s'il vous plaît

Not a very legit view of jai hindu ( must be religious fanatic) . Moncarchy is a "system failure"- it is like using DOS when you have WINDOWS edition. It is almost impossible to solve maoist problem with military means only. See whts goin in Iraq..? Kashmeer ? Srilanka ? Whatever is happening in Nepal now is the transformation of the ways society resolve their problems. If you look at the broader history of the world it has already happened in other parts of the world- french revolution, Maoism in China and many others. The way forward is to encourage and appreciate democracy and bring maoist to mainstream. And if Prachanda overestimates his power he will face the same fate as Gyanendra. People Must Rule ! - not the King.

Gyane had his chance but he blew it with his visionless, self centred policies.

.Khwalku jee, i like your answer. KG had his chance, but he wanted to establish the kind of rules that his father established, which we know failed with 1990 movement. Should have done something else. Anyways, I would always support some kind of monarchy. Make it ceremonial, and keep the monarchy out of constitution, or something.
